Therapy Session

Full Body Evaluation 

This one-on-one assessment includes a series of movements to evaluate mobility and strength and an endurance test to evaluate stamina. The goal is to identify overactive or underused muscles and gain a clear understanding of how your body moves under effort. This session also includes goal setting; measurements will be taken if applicable.
